Jim Lubinski, TriLAB-sponsored triathlete, went from a 2:45 half Ironman bike split to a 2:11. As Jim tells us: “I owe this vast improvement to the strength I built by spending time on my stationary trainer, sweating away in my apartment.”
Starting Wednesday June 8th, Jim “Lube” Lubinski (also a USAT-certified triathlon coach) will be transferring his speed secrets to all who attend his 6:00pm trainer workout at Triathlon Lab in Santa Monica. He will guide you through a weekly trainer session designed to increase you power, focus, fitness, and biking ability.
“Power=Speed, so let’s work hard and get fast.” Try to get to Tri Lab about 15 minutes early to set up because class will start promptly at 6:00pm and be done by 7:00pm. Bring your trainer (if you don’t have one, TriLAB will have 6 loaners on hand), water, and energy gel.
